Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Front of House ("the Service"), operated by Levelheads at audit.levelheads.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Service Description
Front of House is a digital marketing audit platform designed for restaurants, bars, cafes, and other hospitality venues. The Service crawls and analyzes a venue's online presence across dimensions including Google Business Profile, website and SEO, social media, review platforms, third-party listings, delivery platforms, and digital engagement. The Service generates audit reports with scores, identified issues, and actionable recommendations.
3. Account & Access
Front of House is currently in invite-only beta. Access is granted through direct invitation or an approved access request. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or revoke access at any time and for any reason during the beta period.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree to the following:
- You must own, operate, or have authorized authority over any venue you submit for audit.
- You must not use the Service to scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data beyond the scope of your audit reports.
- You must not use audit data, scores, or recommendations to unfairly harm, defame, or misrepresent competitors.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- You must not use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- You must not share your account access or credentials with unauthorized third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
The Front of House platform, including its audit methodology, scoring algorithms, crawling technology, user interface, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Levelheads. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of your venue data and any content you provide to the Service. By submitting venue information, you grant us a limited license to process that data for the purpose of generating audit reports.
6. Data & Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Our collection, use, and handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- Audit results are informational and analytical in nature. They do not constitute guarantees of business performance, marketing outcomes, or search engine rankings.
- Scores are relative benchmarks based on our methodology and available data at the time of the audit. They may vary between audits as online data changes.
- Recommendations are suggestions based on automated analysis. They should be evaluated in the context of your specific business circumstances before implementation.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data obtained from third-party sources during the audit process.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Levelheads and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or discontinuation of the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data retention and deletion following termination are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
